What we can help with

• Choosing between a topper, a protector and a plain zippered cover.
• Fit questions: mattress depth, pillow dimensions, pocket stretch.
• Washing and drying without hurting the waterproof backing.
• Anything unclear or wrong on this site. Tell us, we will fix it.

What our retail partner handles

Orders, payment, tracking and anything already in a box belong to our retail partner. Your order page there has the live status and the buttons to change things, so for those questions it is the faster door.

Paper mail

Letters reach us at:

That address is a desk with a mail slot, not a shop. There is no rack of covers to browse and no counter to walk up to, and boxes with orders in them should not travel there: a return only counts when it goes back through our retail partner's order page.
