When something goes back
Sometimes the color reads different at home, or the topper is softer than the sleeper hoped. Sending a cover back is normal, and the road back is the same road it came by: through our retail partner.
The steps
- Open your order history on our retail partner's site and find the cover.
- Start a return from that order page and pick the reason that fits.
- Follow their instructions for packing and drop-off or pickup.
The fine print, honestly
Timing windows, the condition they expect the item in and how the money side settles are all set by our retail partner's standard process, which is printed on their site and on your order page. We do not get a vote in it, so we will not paraphrase it here and risk telling you something stale.
If a cover went back because something about it disappointed you, we do want to hear the why. That note reaches our desk and changes what we sew next.
