Short version: we sew the covers, our retail partner moves them. Every buying button on this catalog opens the matching product page at our retail partner, and from that point the order is in their hands.

What that means in practice

• The cart, the payment step and the order confirmation all happen on their site.
• Speed and cost of the ride to your door are shown there before you pay, for your address specifically.
• Tracking numbers and progress updates come from them, on your order page.

Why we set it up this way

A small bedding maker runs better sewing rooms than loading docks. Our retail partner is built for boxes; we would rather spend our hours on seams and zippers. The trade is that questions about a moving box should go to their order page, not our inbox, because they can actually see it.
